About The Meal Pantry

El, Jacqui and Fiona started The Meal Pantry in 2020 in the middle of the Covid experience.
We were working in the food industry and wanted to achieve two things.
We wanted to continue to provide employment to outstanding chefs who were ineligible for support measures and had no work (or income) due to the hospitality restrictions.
And in addition provide healthy and delicious and convenient meal options to our friends and families who were isolated.
From a starting point of zero we have now grown to having two kitchens and a shop in Grange and we now employ 9 staff.
All of our food is made from scratch by our team of chefs with a primary goal of delicious flavour within the parameters of sensibly healthy.
We have brought to Meal Pantry, recipes that have been passed down from Grandmothers and Mothers (and occasionally Grandfathers and Fathers).
Our aim is to offer convenient and delicious options to have in the freezer or fridge when you just don't want to cook yourself.
