Collection: Lamb

Jacqui grew up on a sheep station so would prefer we didn't cook anything lamb!. El and Fiona, however, love lamb. We source lean mince for our shepherd's pie and change the cut for our roast depending on season. Currently we are using beautiful (and very lean) boneless shank for our non-mince dishes. We can't get away from the memories of fighting over the shank from the family roast - always the most delicious part of the whole meal.
