Gluten Free and Dairy Free

The only Meal Pantry meals that contain gluten are those that specifically contain pasta. All of our 250g and 500g containers without sides are gluten free.
In the 350g and 600g complete meals, those WITHOUT pasta are also gluten free, for example our curries and roast dishes.
You might like to choose one of our 250g containers and match it with our fresh cooked side of gluten free pasta.

In addition all of the items below are dairy free.
