What Makes Us Different?

The Meal Pantry works closely with you to offer nutritious and delicious home care package meals as part of your home care package. Most home care packages fund 70% of the meal price, including delivery, making it convenient and affordable to enjoy our wide variety of meals.

We offer multiple portion sizes and customisation options, such as low-carb sides to fit your dietary needs. Our base recipes are gluten-free except for those featuring pasta, plus we offer diverse protein options, including beef, chicken, lamb, pork and plant-based choices.

Package FAQ's and Terms

My Aged Care. This is the government website where you can register for assessment to identify whether you qualify for an 'assistance package'. Once you have been assessed you will be advised of what you might be eligible for.
Home Care Package (HCP). This type of package is generally managed by a plan or package manager and there is a lot of flexibility in relation to which service providers you can select. The Meal Pantry can assist with meals with this funding type.
Once you have a Home Care Package Approved you can contact your package manager to request our services.
Commonwealth Home Support Package (CHSP). A package to assist with lower level needs. You are somewhat restricted in relation to which service providers you can choose from as the funding is allocated to service providers by way of a grant. The Meal Pantry is NOT ABLE to assist with subsidised meals under this category.
