The Meal Pantry reserves the right to make any amendments to this website and to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Prices for our products and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Online Ordering

You may place an order by selecting and submitting your order through the website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to provide us with the current, complete and accurate details as asked to do so by the website. The Meal Pantry reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, such as unavailability of any product or service, an error in the price of the product or service or an error in your order. Each order placed for products through the website, that we accept, results in a separate binding agreement between you and The Meal Pantry for the supply of the product. For each order accepted by us, we will supply the products in that order to you in accordance with these terms and conditions. If we reject an order placed through the website, then we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after the order has been submitted.

Cancelling an order

We use fresh ingredients at The Meal Pantry to cook our meals every week. Due to this reason we require notification of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation after this time cannot be honoured as your meals will already be ordered and being prepared. Therefore, you will be charged the full amount of the order. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order.

At The Meal Pantry we are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information we collect about you is used to provide you with the best possible product and service based on your individual needs and to keep you informed of any additional services we may offer which may be relevant to you.
We may collect personal information about you when you deal with us over the telephone, send us correspondence (whether by letter, fax or email), visit our web site or when you have contact with us in person (including agents or contractors to The Meal Pantry such as delivery drivers). At no time does The Meal Pantry collect any information from our customers other than that information that our customers voluntarily give us.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, it is stored and encrypted through the CBA. Your purchase transaction is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction, after which your transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.


The Meal Pantry web site takes every precaution possible to protect your personally identifiable information. This includes the use of Firewalls and when purchasing from The Meal Pantry your financial details are passed through a secure server using the industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
We may amend this privacy policy as our business requirements or the laws change. Any changes to this privacy policy will be updated on this site.

Refunds and returns

At The Meal Pantry, we strive to ensure our products and services are of the highest possible standard.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any of the products or services you have received, contact us immediately by phone or email and we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue and circumstance.
We would ask that you provide photos or any other relevant information so we can rectify any issues.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
All products and orders must be returned in their original condition. Customers bear all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order if there is no fault on the part of The Meal Pantry. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of The Meal Pantry will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer.
The Meal Pantry will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind. For any delivery or meal issues or feedback, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Photos of the meal and delivery are required to assist in our investigation.
